Our system uses military-grade encryption (AES-256), two-factor authentication, and blockchain-inspired audit trails to ensure maximum security. Each vote is anonymous, and we conduct regular security audits by third-party cybersecurity experts.

No, votes cannot be changed once submitted. This is to prevent voter coercion and ensure the integrity of the election. Please review your selections carefully before final submission.

Results are verified through a multi-step process: 1) Automated system validation, 2) Manual audit by the Election Committee, 3) Independent verification by faculty representatives, and 4) Publication of anonymized voting data for public scrutiny.

Any registered student in good academic standing can run for positions. Specific requirements vary by position:
  • Minimum GPA of 2.5 for executive positions
  • At least one year remaining in current program
  • No active disciplinary actions
  • Support of 50 student signatures for nomination
